SARM Cancellation Policy

By making reservations with South Ambergris Rental Management Company Limited, the guest(s) accepts all policies regarding cancellation of stays. A 50% initial deposit amount is required for all bookings. The company outlines the cancellation and refund periods as follows:

**South Ambergris Rental Management Company Limited does not provide early check-ins or late check-outs; an additional fee of US $50.00 may be incurred.

The cancellation of a booking by the Principal Customer will be directed to him/her solely, and where a cancellation may affect more than one customer on said booking, they may be notified of such cancellation via email as well, if more than one email was provided by the customer.

Guests who decide to leave early, i.e. before the check-out date, will only be refunded 50% of the remaining nights if the reason for the leave is due to the death of a relative or incident regarding a natural disaster.

If guests make reservations through an online Travel Agency, the Travel Agency’s policy will supersede that of South Ambergris Rental Management Company Limited.

The general cancellation and no-show policy of South Ambergris Rental Management Company Limited is made available to our customers during the reservation process and in the confirmation email or ticket.

Customer no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Where a customer does not become available on his/her check-in date, that customer is deemed to have canceled his/her reservation or rental agreement. The check-in period for all customers is on the specified check-in date, chosen by him/her on the Travel Agency’s website, between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM.

Customers who arrive ONE HOUR LATE on the check-in date without prior notice are expected to pay a late check-in fee of US $50.00.

Due consideration will be given to guests who could not arrive on the check-in date due to natural disasters, civil disturbances in his/her foreign and local country, pandemics, endemics, and outbreaks or nuclear attacks. He/she will be considered for a refund if affected by one of the aforementioned conditions.
